“Winter relief provides shelter for some forty men and women. It is a co-operative venture with other congregations in Anne Arundel County. Each congregation provides room, board, companionship, rides to and from the pick up point each day, washing clothes, etc. She has had to co-ordinate the activities of about one-hundred volunteers. Her leadership has been invaluable and her commitment to and passion for the homeless is incomparable. She has made my job as pastor easy. All I have to do is show up, because everything that needed to be done has been done.”
